Blues is one of Tigger's sons, our cool looking boy! We weren’t planning to keep him, as we were already keeping Spice out of this litter and we co-own Magic. But……. I didn’t want to sell him to the first family and also not to the second family that wanted him. And I fell in love with him. He has a very special look….. Diane once called it the eagle-eyed stare. He has a cool stare with a very sweet personality. He is a very good and hard worker, but also a big couch potato. He is outgoing towards strangers, likes to work the sheep and ducks a little bit too much (he always finds a hole in our fence) and Spice and Blues are two brothers in crime…. And you know what: he can make a lot of noise, just like his mom and sister. Blues also participated at the NK frisbee championship in the puppyclass like his sister Spice, and got a 3th place. Since then he's earned his points at frisbee competitions! He does an excellent job at the dog training school, passed a bunch of national obedience exams and he is a great therapy dog. Blues is a cool dude...

Recently Amy decided she wants to play with Blues. Frisbee, of course! And she does a wonderful job. She earned the 4th place with him at the major in Assen and on the 11th of June 2011 the 2nd place in Zurich, Switzerland! Really cool...

Blues started showing in March 2002 in Meckenheim, wasn’t placed there, but got the 3rd place in Konigswinter in June 2002. At the Worldwinner he got the second place and his brother Magic the third place. At the ASCN Clubmatch Blues got a fourth place in his group.

At the ASCA show in June 2003 Blues was placed first in the bred by exhibitor under judge Richard Pittman. On the Australian shepherd Championship Conformation Show 2002 Blues got a fourth place and a very promising on his report.

At the ASCN conformation show in November 2004 Blues got a 3rd place in a huge open class under American judge Marjorie Tuff with the following comments: Balanced head, good scissors bite, nice expression, excellent attitude, good depth of chest, good topline, good front and rear assembly, moves very well. And at the ASCA show in Holland on the 7th of July Blues got a second place in the open blue. In 2007 he had the 2nd Place in the breeder class at the ASCN show and in 2008 the 1st.

Because of his early frisbee trauma at the age of 10 months we only started playing frisbee with him at the age of 2,5 years, of course after consultation with the vet. And you what: he just loves it and gives everything, just like his mom and sister. He got the 4th place at the mini-distance at the GDDA competition in Germany in June 2004, a 1st place in the beginners class freestyle and mini-distance at the DogFrisbeeFriends Cup in September 2004 and the 2nd place at the European Championship in Belgium in October 2004. He was 9th at the Dutch championships and 11th at the Ruhrcup. We also give a lot of demo's with all of our aussies and of course also with Blues.
